What is a medical alert cuff bracelet?
A medical ID cuff is an open-ended bangle with a medical symbol on the front and your medical information engraved inside. There's no clasp, so it slips on and off from the side, and it reads as everyday jewelry.
Will a cuff fit my wrist?
Divoti cuffs fit wrists from 6.5 to 8 inches. Gently open or close the cuff by hand for a snug fit, and avoid bending it back and forth repeatedly. Outside that range, try our adjustable or stretch medical ID bracelets.
How much can I engrave on a medical ID cuff?
Most cuffs take up to four lines of about 18 to 20 characters each, depending on the style. Start with your name, main conditions or allergies, critical medications and an emergency contact.
Stainless steel or titanium?
Our 316L stainless steel cuffs are hypoallergenic, durable and come in many designs and finishes. The pure titanium cuff is lighter and nickel-free, a good choice for very sensitive skin.
Are cuffs good for arthritis or limited hand mobility?
Yes. With no clasp to open, a cuff is one of the easiest medical IDs to put on with one hand.
Does a medical ID cuff come with a wallet card?
Yes. Each cuff includes a free customizable medical ID wallet card, so you can carry more detail than fits on the engraving.
