    Solid cuff bracelet. Doesn't bend [like the copper medical ID cuff bought elsewhere]. It's not shiny, which I like. I've worn it for about 2 weeks and not a scratch. The engraving is perfect. Definitely a quality item and worth the money.

    Bends easily enough to don and doff every day and won't wear out or break due to the titanium construction. Getting a good fit is also pretty easy and you won't really notice it on the wrist either.

How do I choose my bracelet size?

Measure the narrowest part of your wrist snugly with a soft tape (or string and a ruler). Then add a comfort gap: at least 1/2 inch for a snug fit on thin bracelets, 3/4 inch for thicker ones, and up to 1 inch for a looser fit or to flip the tag easily. Each product shows the minimum gap it needs.

Does the bracelet length include the tag?

Yes, when the option says "Total Bracelet Length": it's the whole bracelet, tag plus chain, measured end to end. When the option says "Chain Bracelet Length", it's the chain only, so subtract your tag's length.

Can I measure a bracelet I already own?

Sizing varies between bracelet types, so we recommend starting from a snug wrist measurement instead.

What if my bracelet doesn't fit?

We offer one free size exchange on interchangeable bracelets within 30 days of purchase; you cover the shipping.

What should I engrave?
