Does the finder need an app?

No. Any smartphone camera can scan the QR code and open your recovery profile in the browser.

Is my phone number shown on the tag?

No. Finders contact you through your NeverLost profile, so your phone number and address stay private.

What happens after the included year of Premium?

We email you 3 reminders before it ends. If you don't renew, the tag moves to the free Core plan and keeps working.

Which tag should I choose?

Leash King for pets, STEEL HAWK for cameras, bikes and gear, and Divoti tags for bags, luggage and keys. They all use the same NeverLost account and plans.
