In their own words.
My husband ordered a necklace & I ordered an ID Cuff & both are very nice looking.
The printing is very readable, the front has all the information for the doctors/aid personnel, the back has contact phone numbers.
I've had a bracelet for years & they are very sturdy. Printed information does not fade over time.

How does a medical alert necklace help in an emergency?
Paramedics and ER staff are trained to check the neck and wrist for medical alert jewelry. Your engraved pendant tells them your conditions, allergies, medications and emergency contact right away, even if you can't speak.
Necklace or bracelet: which is better?
Both are recognized by first responders. A necklace suits people who don't like wearing anything on the wrist, work with their hands, or want an ID that can sit under clothing. A bracelet is more visible at a glance.
What chain length should I choose?
Most adults choose 24 inches for a pendant that sits below the collarbone or 28 inches for a longer, easy-to-slip-on fit. Our 20-inch leather cords sit closer to the neck. Use the necklace length guide to measure before you order.
What should I engrave on my medical ID necklace?
Start with your name, main conditions or allergies, critical medications such as blood thinners or insulin, and an emergency contact. Many pendants take engraving on both sides, so you can put the most urgent information on the front.
Do you have titanium or hypoallergenic necklaces?
Yes. Our pendants are hypoallergenic 316L stainless steel, and we offer pure titanium pendants and chains that are lighter and nickel-free for very sensitive skin.
Are there medical ID necklaces for kids?
Yes. Smaller pendants such as the mini dog tag, teddy bear and superhero styles are sized for children. Choose a length that sits comfortably and can't easily catch.
Can I pay with my HSA or FSA card?
Yes. Most Divoti medical IDs are HSA/FSA eligible and are marked on the product page.
What warranty do I get?
Every Divoti medical ID has a 90-day warranty, extended to 180 days when you register your product.
