    I ordered the medical cuffs on 11/28 after my husband's heart attack. I ordered three cuffs, one for hubby and two for me. The following day, I received a notification that the cuffs had been mailed to me. Imagine my surprise when I received the cuffs on 11/4. We reside in South Korea near the US military base and don't get our mail this fast. The cuffs were better than I expected, and my husband has no problem wearing them, and neither do I. Thank you, Divoti, for expediting the order, which I didn't ask for, and ensuring we received them promptly. Since we live in a foreign country and my husband doesn't speak the language, he needed to have his cuffs. It seems Divoti understands the cuffs are lifesavers. Thank you.

How do I choose my bracelet size?

Measure the narrowest part of your wrist snugly with a soft tape (or string and a ruler). Then add a comfort gap: at least 1/2 inch for a snug fit on thin bracelets, 3/4 inch for thicker ones, and up to 1 inch for a looser fit or to flip the tag easily. Each product shows the minimum gap it needs.

Does the bracelet length include the tag?

Yes, when the option says "Total Bracelet Length": it's the whole bracelet, tag plus chain, measured end to end. When the option says "Chain Bracelet Length", it's the chain only, so subtract your tag's length.

Can I measure a bracelet I already own?

Sizing varies between bracelet types, so we recommend starting from a snug wrist measurement instead.

What if my bracelet doesn't fit?

We offer one free size exchange on interchangeable bracelets within 30 days of purchase; you cover the shipping.

What should I engrave?
