It tells anyone who finds your bag, including first responders, that it holds life-saving medication such as an EpiPen or inhaler, or that the owner has a medical condition. It's especially useful on a child's backpack, a gym bag or carry-on luggage.
Can a bag tag replace a medical ID bracelet? No. A bag can be left behind, so a bag tag works best as a backup. For everyday protection, wear a medical ID bracelet or necklace and add a bag tag or wallet card.
What can I put on a medical ID wallet card?A wallet card has room for more detail than jewelry: conditions, medications, allergies, doctors and emergency contacts. Our condition-specific cards cover heart and blood, metabolic and endocrine, asthma and kidney, brain and nervous system, and Crohn's, IBD and IBS.
Do you have a food allergy card for traveling abroad?Yes. The custom bilingual food allergy card shows your allergies in English and a second language, so you can hand it to a server or chef.
Which travel case fits my medication? The hard-shell case holds an EpiPen, an inhaler or an Auvi-Q. The clip-on travel case holds an asthma inhaler. The cooler case is made for GLP-1 and insulin medication and shows the temperature on an LCD display.
How do the bag tags attach?Depending on the style, they attach with a stainless cable loop, a rubber loop or a strap that fits bag handles, zippers and luggage.
What warranty do I get?Every Divoti medical ID has a 90-day warranty, extended to 180 days when you register your product.
