Yes. Engravable medical IDs on this page are custom engraved free, just like full-price items, and processed in 1–2 business days. A few items come pre-engraved, as noted in their names.
Are sale items HSA/FSA eligible?
Most medical IDs, tags and replacement chains are HSA/FSA eligible, including sale items. Look for the HSA/FSA Eligible label on each product.
Do sale items have the same warranty?
Yes. Every Divoti medical ID has a 90-day warranty, extended to 180 days when you register your product.
Can I combine a sale price with a coupon code?
Some codes exclude items that are already on sale. Your cart shows the final price before you pay.
Why should I buy a replacement chain or tag on sale?
A spare chain or tag lets you change your look or update your engraving without buying a whole new bracelet. Sale prices are a good time to stock up.
