A gift certificate gives the recipient a way to choose from Divoti’s store rather than having someone else select a bracelet size, necklace length, or engraving message. Browse the store collections if you want ideas for the gift, then choose the certificate amount using the purchase form on this page.
Check the recipient information
Enter your name and email address along with the recipient’s name and email address. Review those details carefully before submitting your order, especially the spelling of the recipient’s email. Add an optional message if you want to explain the occasion or include a personal greeting, and choose one of the certificate themes displayed in the form.
Review the conditions shown in the form
Read the purchase conditions and required acknowledgments before completing checkout. The form displays the certificate’s expiry and refund information. Check the selected amount and other order details before paying, and contact Divoti if you have a question about a condition that applies to your purchase.
Redeeming a certificate or checking its balance
Use the Redeem Gift Certificate tab for redemption information and the Check Gift Certificate Balance tab to review an existing certificate. Keep the certificate information available when using those tools, and avoid posting its code publicly.
