What's the difference between a tag, a charm and a pendant?
A bracelet tag is an engraved ID plate that clasps onto a bracelet chain or band. A charm is a smaller engraved piece with a clasp or ring that clips onto jewelry, zippers or keyrings. A pendant tag hangs on a necklace chain.
Can I add a medical ID to jewelry I already own?
Yes. Medical alert charms clip onto a bracelet or necklace you already wear, and pendant tags fit most standard necklace chains.
Do these come with a chain?
Tags, charms and pendant tags are sold on their own unless the product page says otherwise. Add a replacement chain if you need one, or shop complete bracelets.
Is engraving free?
Yes. Engraving is free on every engravable Divoti medical ID, and orders are processed in 1–2 business days.
What are your tags and charms made of?
Most are hypoallergenic 316L stainless steel, many with a color enamel medical symbol. Some are pure titanium or have a PVD gold or rose gold finish.
Can I pay with my HSA or FSA card?
Yes. Most Divoti medical IDs are HSA/FSA eligible and are marked on the product page. See all HSA/FSA eligible items.
What warranty do I get?
Every Divoti medical ID has a 90-day warranty, extended to 180 days when you register your product.
