Refresh your medical ID without replacing the whole bracelet. These curved stainless steel slider tags are made for Divoti sport silicone medical ID bands, with room to engrave on both sides.
- Dual-sided engraving: up to 5 lines on the front and 4 lines on the back, 24 characters per line
- “SEE BACK SIDE” is engraved on the front by default so responders know to turn the tag over (type REMOVE to skip it)
