Purchased this 2-tone alert this month and it arrived earlier than expected. I selected the smallest size because I have small wrists and when it arrived it was perfect. I didn't need the extenders but glad I have them in case I need them in the future. I love my beautiful bracelet. It's cute, looks good, and very chique. Not your typical med alert bracelet.
