This bracelet is exactly what I was looking for. It is very attractive and there was plenty of room for engraving my information. It is so comfortable to sleep in forget I am wearing it. It is easy to take on and off without assistance, a real plus for me. The price is excellent for this attractive well-made bracelet. I received it very quickly and customer service was beyond excellent. I highly recommend this bracelet and this company Divoti. They were in constant contact with me by email giving me tracking information on this item. They even sent me a notice when it was delivered
I previously ordered a chain-stlye bracelet from an overseas company and it took many weeks to get it. It was too small and I needed assistance to put it on. The company had terrible customer service and told me it was too expensive to ship me a new chain, but I could buy a longer chain and wait several more weeks to get it. No thanks.

easy to read, works with an 18mm watch band
The previous IDs I've had have not been comfortable. I was hoping to find something that could be used with a standard watch band so that I could use the same kind I have on my watch. I saw a review for one of the other IDs with this tag style mentioned using it with a watch band, and I thought I could live with this band if I had to, so I went ahead and ordered it. The tolerances are a little tighter than on my watch, but it does work with an 18mm watch band. I'm happy.

velcro closure worked well for my small wrists Attractive bracelet and love the two sides
Would have liked the phone numbers to have dashes but not enough room and had to run some words together for lack of room also.

Durable
I’m not good with dainty items. My last Medical ID bracelet didn’t last very long so I looked for something sturdier but stylish. So far it’s holding up.

Could be hard to put on and off
The bracelet is comfortable and is reasonably easy to adjust, but there is a design issue. The loose end of the strap will not go through the strap slot. My wrist is only 6.75", and I can BARELY get the strap over my hand to put it on and off. A person with a larger hand might find it to be impossible.
