What is a medical alert bracelet tag?
It's the engraved ID plate on its own, without a chain. It shows a medical symbol on the front and your medical details engraved on it, and it clasps onto a medical ID bracelet chain or band.
Why buy a tag instead of a full bracelet?
A tag lets you update your engraving or change your look without replacing the whole bracelet. Keep your favorite chain and swap in a new tag when your medications or contacts change, or pair one tag with several chains.
How does a tag attach to a bracelet?
Each tag clasps on either horizontally or vertically, as shown in the product name and photos. Choose a replacement chain that matches how your tag connects.
What should I engrave on my medical ID tag?
Start with your name, main conditions or allergies, critical medications such as blood thinners or insulin, and an emergency contact. Put the most important item first.
What are the tags made of?
Our tags are hypoallergenic 316L stainless steel, many with a color enamel medical symbol and some in PVD gold or rose gold finishes.
Can I pay with my HSA or FSA card?
Yes. Most Divoti medical IDs, including tags, are HSA/FSA eligible and are marked on the product page.
What warranty do I get?
