    The reason I gave 4*was because it was nicely made and heavy BUT the clasp was missing for one side. I did not return it because the engraving was perfect and it was nicely made. My husband found a way to add a clasp so I could wear it. If the clasp was made so I could fasten it then the rating would have 5.

How do I choose my bracelet size?

Measure the narrowest part of your wrist snugly with a soft tape (or string and a ruler). Then add a comfort gap: at least 1/2 inch for a snug fit on thin bracelets, 3/4 inch for thicker ones, and up to 1 inch for a looser fit or to flip the tag easily. Each product shows the minimum gap it needs.

Does the bracelet length include the tag?

Yes, when the option says "Total Bracelet Length": it's the whole bracelet, tag plus chain, measured end to end. When the option says "Chain Bracelet Length", it's the chain only, so subtract your tag's length.

Can I measure a bracelet I already own?

Sizing varies between bracelet types, so we recommend starting from a snug wrist measurement instead.

What if my bracelet doesn't fit?

We offer one free size exchange on interchangeable bracelets within 30 days of purchase; you cover the shipping.

What should I engrave?
