Our warranty does not cover: repairs made by anyone other than us; products damaged from normal wear; tarnishing of non-coated metals, or scratching of the emblem, chain and attachments; damage resulting from misuse or accidental handling; lost/misplaced products; and changes in engraved information after engraved product is approved.
