    Delivered timely. Beautiful sterling silver. Didn't give 5 stars as I think the blue in the medical alert symbol should have been more noticeable so paramedics take notice. However, that is the only complaint I have. I would order it again

    I’ve never had a product from here before but I’m glad I do now! This is a seemingly sturdy bracelet with engraved details. I can’t promise that I’ll take it off!

How do I choose my bracelet size?

Measure the narrowest part of your wrist snugly with a soft tape (or string and a ruler). Then add a comfort gap: at least 1/2 inch for a snug fit on thin bracelets, 3/4 inch for thicker ones, and up to 1 inch for a looser fit or to flip the tag easily. Each product shows the minimum gap it needs.

Does the bracelet length include the tag?

Yes, when the option says "Total Bracelet Length": it's the whole bracelet, tag plus chain, measured end to end. When the option says "Chain Bracelet Length", it's the chain only, so subtract your tag's length.

Can I measure a bracelet I already own?

Sizing varies between bracelet types, so we recommend starting from a snug wrist measurement instead.

What if my bracelet doesn't fit?

We offer one free size exchange on interchangeable bracelets within 30 days of purchase; you cover the shipping.
