    I love my Supercharge Wristband.. It's so comfortable you don't even know you have it on. It's easy to put on and take off.I love the color and the engraving is awesome.

    I ordered this bracelet for my husband as a medical ID bracelet. He wanted a comfortable, stylish, and discreet bracelet. The company allowed me to completely customize the bracelet. I received a shipping notification the day order placed and thought it was impossible. I actually contacted customer service. We literally received the bracelet in days. It is perfect, just as requested. The band is thin and easily customized for fit. Well done, highly recommend.

How do I choose my bracelet size?

Measure the narrowest part of your wrist snugly with a soft tape (or string and a ruler). Then add a comfort gap: at least 1/2 inch for a snug fit on thin bracelets, 3/4 inch for thicker ones, and up to 1 inch for a looser fit or to flip the tag easily. Each product shows the minimum gap it needs.

Does the bracelet length include the tag?

Yes, when the option says "Total Bracelet Length": it's the whole bracelet, tag plus chain, measured end to end. When the option says "Chain Bracelet Length", it's the chain only, so subtract your tag's length.

Can I measure a bracelet I already own?

Sizing varies between bracelet types, so we recommend starting from a snug wrist measurement instead.

What if my bracelet doesn't fit?

We offer one free size exchange on interchangeable bracelets within 30 days of purchase; you cover the shipping.

What should I engrave?
