Inspect Your Product Upon Arrival
We encourage you to carefully review your purchase upon delivery. If you notice any defects or errors, please report them to us promptly so we can arrange a replacement without delay.

What Our Warranty Covers:
This warranty applies exclusively to manufacturer defects. However, it does not cover:

• Repairs performed by anyone other than Divoti.
• Damage caused by normal wear and tear.
• Tarnishing of non-coated metals or scratches on emblems, chains, and attachments.
• Damage resulting from misuse, accidental handling, or improper care.
• Lost or misplaced items.
• Changes to engraved information after the product has been approved.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim:
If your item qualifies for warranty coverage, you can submit your claim by email or mail.

Send an email to support@divotiusa.com with the following:

1. A detailed description of the product and the issue(s).
2. Photos of the defective product (if possible).
3. Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt).
4. Your contact information (address and phone number).
