How to Measure for Your Medical ID Bracelet
Ensuring your medical ID bracelet fits perfectly is essential for both comfort and functionality. Follow these simple steps to measure your wrist accurately:
STEP ONE
Gather Your Tools: taking a measurement of your wrist with a soft, flexible tape measure or a string and a ruler.
STEP TWO
Before measuring the size of your wrist, make sure the flexible measuring tape is straight and undistortedand to adjust the starting position of the tape
STEP THREE
Measure Your Wrist： Find the zero (0) on the tape and note the number opposite it when the tape is looped around your wrist. This is your snug wrist size.

To use a tape measure, first please ensure you are using soft, flexible tape measure. Wrap the tape measure around the wrist you plan to wear your bracelet. Write down the number where the tape measure comfortably overlaps "0".

To use a string, wrap the material around your wrist and mark where the string begins to overlap. Then use a straight ruler or metal tape-measure to measure the length of this string
All are bracelets are measured from end to end. For most bracelets, please add about 3/4"as comfort gap. For some bracelets with thicker chains, please add at least 1".
