SHIPPING INFORMATION

Processing Time:
Orders are typically shipped within 1 business day after payment is received. In rare cases of out-of-stock items, shipping may take 2–3 weeks or longer.

Shipping Options:

• Continental United States:
  Standard shipping is via USPS First Class Mail. Expedited options include USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Overnight (delivery by 10:30 am in most areas), FedEx Standard Overnight (end-of-day delivery), FedEx 2Day, and FedEx 3-Day. Shipping methods and rates are displayed at checkout for your convenience.

• Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, and U.S. Protectorates:
  Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate for $15. Expedited FedEx options (Overnight, 2Day, 3-Day) are also available at checkout.

• International Orders:
  We offer USPS International Priority Mail, FedEx, and DHL. Shipping methods and rates are displayed at checkout.

Accepted Payment Methods:
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, HSA/FSA cards, and Venmo. To pay by phone, call us toll-free at 1-800-972-0309.

Additional Notes:

• A 7.5% sales tax applies to California residents.
• All payments must be made in USD.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Non-Personalized Items:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
• Items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Personalized/Custom-Engraved Items:

• Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless there is a defect in craftsmanship or an engraving error made by us.
• Items with scratches, dents, or signs of wear are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

• Customers cover return shipping costs.
• Divoti Inc. will ship exchanged items free of charge within the continental U.S.

International Returns:

• Customs duties, taxes, and fees are non-refundable.
• Refused packages will be refunded for the item price only, minus any return fees incurred.
