SHIPPING INFO

We generally ship our products within 1 business day after receipt of payment, in the rare event of an out-of-stock situation, out of stock items can take 2 to 3 weeks or longer to ship out.

Continental United States:

In the continental United States, our primary shipping service is USPS First Class Mail. However, if you need your order to arrive more quickly, we also provide expedited shipping options such as USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Overnight (guaranteed delivery by 10:30 am in most areas), FedEx Standard Overnight (guaranteed delivery by the end of the day in most areas), FedEx 2Day, and FedEx 3-Day Shipping. At the checkout, you can easily select the shipping method that suits your needs, as all available options with their respective rates are displayed for your convenience.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, and all U.S. Protectorates:
Customers residing in Hawaii, Alaska, or a U.S. Protectorate, as well as those with an APO/FPO address, will have their orders shipped through US Postal Service Priory Mail Flat Rate (USPS) at a standard charge of $15. For quicker delivery, we also offer a range of FedEx shipping options, including FedEx Overnight (guaranteed to arrive by 10:30 am in most areas), FedEx Standard Overnight (guaranteed to arrive by the end of the day in most areas), FedEx 2Day, and FedEx 3-Day Shipping. You can view and select your preferred shipping method with its associated rates at the checkout stage.

All International Orders
We offer USPS International Priority Mail Package, FedEx, and DHL for all international shipping. At the checkout stage, you can conveniently view and select your preferred shipping method, complete with its corresponding rates.

RETURNS

Non-personalized item:

New Products purchased on www.divotiusa.com can be returned for credit/refund or exchange within a 30-day period from the date of purchase. Returned products must be received in new, unused and resalable condition. We will accept with no restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Divoti Inc. reserves the right to refuse receipt of returned product should that product not meet Divoti Inc's criteria for new, unused or resalable condition. Used  products may not be returned for refund or exchange.

All products must be received in new, resalable condition or shipment will be deemed unacceptable and returned at the customer's expense. All returned shipping charges will be assumed by the customer.

Personalized / custom engraved item:

We cannot accept returns or exchanges that have been engraved or worn unless there is in fact a defect in craftsmanship or any engraving mistake was made by us.  Items with scratches, tears, dents, or tarnish are not refundable.

Order entry or shipping errors must be identified and claimed within 14 days of receipt of shipment by contacting Divoti Inc Customer Service 1-800-972-0309 or support@divotiusa.com.

EXCHANGES

You will need to pay for return shipping, but Divoti Inc will ship any exchanged merchandise free of charge within the continental US. Divoti Inc cannot handle returns or exchanges of purchases made in a retailer store.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Unless the item being returned was not as described in the listing on the website, Divoti USA does not reimburse any customs or import duties, brokerage fees, or taxes paid on shipments. These changes are the sole  responsibility of the customer. In the event a package is refused by the customer, Carrier will return the package to us. We will refund the purchase price for a refused item, but we will not refund any shipping costs, duties, fees, or taxes. In addition, Divoti USA reserves the right to charge your credit card for any return fees we are charged in recovering the refused package. Your refund will be processed once we receive your returned item from the carrier.
