I am very pleased with the quality of this product; however, I made a mistake in ordering it at size 8; the next lower size, 7.5 would be better. Can I return the chain for the lower size?

I love this bracelet. It looks more like a piece of jewelry than a medical ID bracelet. The reason for the four star rating is I would have liked the ID tag to be slightly curved to fit my wrist better. Overall it's lovely.
