Smart QR Code Pet ID Tag with Instant Scan Alerts
The Leash King Smart QR Code Pet ID Tag gives your dog or cat a faster, safer way home. A traditional engraved dog tag holds only a few lines of text and shows your phone number and address to anyone who picks it up. This scannable smart tag links to your pet's full digital profile, keeps your contact details private, stores important medical info, and alerts you the moment someone scans it.
Whether you have an adventurous puppy, an indoor cat that slipped out the door, or a senior dog, anyone with a smartphone can scan the tag and reach you in seconds. No app is needed for the finder.
Key Features
-
Instant scan alerts: When the tag is scanned, you get an SMS and email alert with the scan location, so you are not left waiting for a phone call.
-
No app required for finders: The finder simply points a smartphone camera at the QR code. There is nothing to download and no account to create.
-
Lost Mode digital missing flyer: If your pet goes missing, switch on Lost Mode and the tag shows a missing-pet flyer with urgent notes such as "Needs medication," "Reward offered," or "Shy, please do not chase."
-
Private finder messaging: Safe Mode keeps the everyday profile simple. Finders contact you through secure private messaging, and your phone number and home address stay hidden until you choose to share them.
-
Medical info on the profile: Store vital medical info and care notes on your pet's profile, far more than fits on an engraved tag.
-
Surgical stainless steel and waterproof: The 1.1-inch tag body is surgical stainless steel with a laser-engraved QR code that will not fade, peel or wash off. A clear polycarbonate cover protects the code from scratches, so it is ready for swimming, mud and rough play.
-
Reliable network: Profiles are hosted on neverlost.tech with redundant data backups, so your pet's profile stays online and alerts get delivered when it matters.
Simple One-Minute Setup
-
Attach the lightweight tag to your pet's collar with the included patented secure clip.
-
Scan the QR code with your phone.
-
Create your pet's digital profile, and you are protected.

Does the finder need an app?
No. Any smartphone camera can scan the QR code and open your pet's profile in the browser.
Will strangers see my phone number or address?
Not unless you choose to share them. Finders can message you privately through the profile.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. The first year of Premium is included. After that, Premium is $9.99/year, or you can switch to the free Core plan.
Does it work for cats and small dogs?
Yes. At 1.1 inches and lightweight, the tag suits cats, puppies and small dogs as well as large breeds.
