What's included with each plan.
Every NeverLost smart QR tag works on the free Core plan. When someone finds your item and scans the tag, they see your recovery profile, with no app needed, and you get an email alert. Premium adds what you need to actually get your item back: where the scan happened, an instant text to your phone, and a full history of every scan.
Both options include the same Premium features. The only difference is how many tags they cover.
Premium for one tag. Ideal for your most important item: a checked suitcase, a camera bag, a bike or your dog's collar.
Premium for every tag on your account, including tags you add later. If you have five or more tags, it costs less than paying per tag. It suits families, frequent travelers and anyone protecting luggage, gear and pets at the same time.
Scannable profiles for pets and items, Safe Mode and Lost Mode, private messages from finders by email, email scan alerts in Lost Mode, and unlimited tags.
Choose a plan and click Get Premium. You'll sign in to your NeverLost.tech account, where your tags live, to finish. Premium renews yearly, and you can cancel or change your card any time from your Membership page. If your tag already came with Premium, that time is never cut short. We send three reminders before it ends.
