Double Ridge Link Medical ID Bracelet

This bracelet is everything I hoped it would be. The quality is excellent. I know some people stated that the clasp will inadvertently come undone. I disagree, the clasp is very robust and almost borderline hard to disengage. I do not believe it will be accidentally falling off of my wrist. For my man’s wrist the width of the bracelet is perfect for its intended use. I would highly recommend this bracelet. Now for my one and only complaint. In the ordering process this cannot be returned because of the personalized engraving process. It cannot be resized if it does not fit. When you order this bracelet, Divoti will suggest to order a 1/2” to 3/4” larger size for best fit/comfort. I strongly disagree with this recommendation! I would suggest ordering the closest available size to your actual wrist size. After receiving mine it is significantly too large. When I contacted customer support, they stated that they could not resize this bracelet and suggested that I go to a jewelry store to have it fixed at my own cost. I’m sure the jewelry store will want a handsome fee or possibly not even want to attempt a repair on something that is not their product. That being said, I basically have a bracelet that I will not be wearing. I basically wasted $50. Hopefully this review will help the next person not make the same mistake that I did.

I added length like your instructions said. It is too big and uncomfortable. It flops up and down on my arm. Exactly what it should not do. So I am sure I am stuck with it and it is your fault not mine. Not sure I will order from you again. It's a shame because I would have liked it otherwise.

Beautiful work but much heavier than I am used to wearing especially on a ladies wrist.

Very high quality and the clasp is above the normal as it is secure and easy to fasten for one person. Looks expensive
