Exquisite workmanship. Most pleased that the tag is legible and very easy to read because of the depth of the engraved information. Should I be incapacitated I know 1st Responders will know how to treat me.
Only issue was my inacutate measurements of my wrist by 3 inches, making the bracelet unable to wear....but I did reuse the old bracelet chains and have no issues or problems.

10 Life and Death Allergies came missing Morphine.
This Was Not what I ordered. My order had 10 Life and death allergies to be printed. It came with 9 leaving Morphine off the list, When I contacted Divoti Customer Service I was told that they could not help me. That I could order another one and they would try to fit it all on it. I allowed for 20 spaces per line and I should have had NO PROBLEMS. They did not offer to help me even though this is what I rely on to speak for me when I am unable to do so for myself. Isn't that what we order them for??? I am very disappointed. This is the 3rd order I have placed with them. Apparently they don't value their customers, or there customers lives.
