I was surprised at the quality of the chain. I ordered the wrong length in the beginning and contacted customer service. The were great in helping me get a replacement chain at no cost.

Really Beautiful!!
Both the chain and the ID tag (already own) are super beautiful that even my medical team at the hospital was impressed. Looks like a very dainty "actual" (in oppose to hospital/medically issued) jewelry that you would want to wear everyday. Does not at all look "cheap" but more "cheerful"!!
