Two years ago, I ordered an ID bracelet, and now needed to update the tag. I couldn't find the tag, but when I contacted Divoti, they were helpful in providing the link. I ordered the tag on a Monday, and received it two days later. It went coast to coast in the short of time. I would caution people about one thing and that's make sure you proof read what you want engraved. It's not their fault if you misspell something. :)
